Therapy

It’s my mission to put every client at the centre of their therapeutic journey.

Providing a completely unique, person-centred experience with every session as individual as the person before me.

This is an intensive, rapid approach that gets results in months, not years. 

Typically, my clients will start seeing results after the first session. It’s truly transformational.

While most therapists and programs require the client’s personal commitment to listening to audios for 28 days, or mentally rehearsing a ‘future self’ multiple times a day; what I do helps clients make permanent breakthroughs within the session. The work is done together, fully supported, clients are never left to go through the process alone.

The Process

Step 1

Discovery Call

This is all about you!

We talk about the challenges that are holding you back from achieving your desires.

You have an opportunity to ask questions and get clarification, and we get to see if we’re a good fit.

We then decide on the best way to work together so you can achieve your goals – in the shortest time.

Step 2

Therapy Session

You have the session in the comfort of your own home!

No travelling, no stress. You get to have the session in your favourite comfortable chair with a cuppa in hand. No stress, no pressure, just deeply-therapeutic conversation.

During the session, we get to naturally and easily investigate the issue at hand. No need to keep talking over trauma to release it – this is relaxed, easy and as natural as talking to a friend.

Step 3

integration

The subconscious mind has the best results from resting after a session. This allows your mind to fully start the integration process, ‘refiling’ after your session. 

The most effective way to do this is to take a nap. Whether that’s just 10 minutes, or an afternoon of rest and relaxation is up to you (but doesn’t the latter sound like more fun?!)

Step 4

Ongoing support

To help you with the transition to the new you. 

If you have a wobble, you’re not left to figure it out alone.

You have me there to guide you and keep you on track, fully supported. 

This is therapy, without reliving old traumas – you don’t have to relive an experience to recover from it.

This is hypnosis, with eyes open and guided by you – no being told what to do or how to feel!

This is coaching, to help you find your own inner truth and solutions for you to live authentically.

This is mentoring, to guide you through the ups, downs and wobbly moments that life brings.

This is powerful, focused, highly effective conversation to overcome your issues and bring you clarity & peace.
