Hi, I'm Juliette

Empathetic therapist, wellness advocate, and self-confessed crazy dog lady.

I help Introverted and empathic entrepreneurs find clarity, balance and abundance in their business and lives. 

I also work with motivated and open minded people with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

Whether I’m working with business or health issues, my mission is to put my clients back in control of their lives.

I lived with multiple chronic illnesses for over 20 years and understand the frustrations and limitations that come with such a life.  

My healing and full recovery from these conditions, led me to become a therapist to help others dealing with long-term ill health.

I spent the first 2 years of my career solely working with people with long-term chronic illnesses.

During that time I realised that many people I was working with were either:

1 –  Highly sensitive empaths

2 –  Entrepreneurs, Healers, Therapists, and Coaches, who were experiencing burnout, and the condition had become chronic and/or physical.

I wanted to help people stop the confusion, self-doubt, fears and blocks, that were overwhelming them and leading to burnout…..and chronic illness.

More and more, I found myself helping people recover from chronic conditions and then supporting them in their professional lives.

So, I started working with deep-feeling entrepreneurs, coaches, healers and therapists earlier in their journey to help them avoid the burnout and chronic illness that can be so life limiting.  

I do this in addition to working with people with chronic fatigue and FND, to help people wherever they are on their journey.  

Helping you live in balance, clarity and flow with life.

So what makes me different?

As an INFJ I understand what it’s like to live in a world where you are an introverted deep feeler. Where you love to help and support people but need to retire to your own space to recharge at the end of the day.  

I know what it’s like to ignore the need for rest (because there’s always more to do), to keep pushing through, and to suddenly come up for air and realise that even your burn-out is burned out!

How my experience can fuel your success...

I started in self-employment as a way to work around my chronic illnesses.  When you struggle to manage your energy, the last thing you need is to be working to someone else’s timeline. 

So, I followed my passion for animals and love of photography and became a pet photographer. 

During this time I learnt all the things I didn’t realise I didn’t know!

Client management, money management, and the systems and processes required to automate the repetitive tasks I just didn’t have the energy for.

My natural aptitude for picking up new software, and my ability to help others find calm in all their chaos, meant I started to help other photographers set up their business’ systems and processes.  I became a virtual assistant to photographers.

When I finally found full health and realised I could help others do the same, I trained and transitioned into helping people recover from chronic illnesses.

Discovering that many of my clients were burnt-out empaths and introverts, I was then able to use my understanding of systems and processes to help them create a manageable business that would work with them rather than against them. 

Where appropriate, I help people in a far more wholistic way by providing therapy, coaching and mentoring in both an emotional, subconscious, and very practical logical way.  

Helping my clients gain the clarity and understanding to move forward with confidence, along with advice on the best systems and processes to gain, and maintain, a happy work/life balance.
